We have a five days a week working policy, with two fixed offs to promote a better work life balance.
Capline offers equitable treatment and equal access to jobs and promotions.
Employees are never asked to stretch the shifts and are expected to complete daily KRAs within the stipulated timelines.
With employees coming back to the office for work, we ensure that the learning takes place in a cooperative yet fun environment.
